However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to return or exchange a product. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds will be accepted.

Return Period:
- Products can be returned within 30 days of the receipt date. Returns made after this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns:
- Products must be in the original packaging and in the same condition you received them.
- Products should not have been used or opened.
- Products must have all seals intact.

Non-returnable Items:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any product that has been opened or used.
- Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded).

Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 8 to 10 days.

Exchanges
:- We only replace items if they are defective.
- If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer support team. Shipping costs will be paid by customer.

Shipping Returns
:- You are responsible for shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged Items:
- If your order arrived damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
- We may ask for photos of the damaged product to better assist with the return process.

Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement without any fees.
- After 12 hours, a restocking fee of 10% may be applied if the order has not been shipped yet.
