- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days, though actual delivery time may vary based on your location and the shipping service chosen.
- Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Nutrigien AgroTech is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- Damaged Items: Nutrigien AgroTech is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the country. For international shipping, please check our partners’ websites or contact our customer service team.
- Returns: Refer to our Return Policy for information about returning products purchased from Nutrigien AgroTech.
- Handling and Storage: We prioritize the quality of our products. Proper handling and storage are taken into consideration during the shipping process to ensure the products retain their integrity upon arrival.
- Out of Stock Items: In the event that an item in your order is unavailable for immediate shipping, the item will be back-ordered and shipped as soon as it becomes available. If an item cannot be shipped within a reasonable timeframe, you will be informed and can choose to cancel the order or item.
